Privacy

Privacy and cookies

Map of Belgium has no accounts and no forms that store personal data. Searches and distance calculations happen in your browser or through ordinary page requests; we do not keep them.

Server logs

Like every website, our server briefly records technical data such as IP address, page and time, to keep the site secure and working. These logs are deleted after a short period.

Statistics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.

Advertising and cookies

The site is financed by Google AdSense advertising. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads, including personalised ads if you consent. When you first visit, a consent message lets you choose. You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. More information: how Google uses cookies in advertising.

Your preferences

Your choice of light or dark theme is stored only in your own browser.
